The Russian version of this consent is the legally binding text. This English version is a courtesy translation.
By submitting the feedback form on onecatalog.net (the "Integrations" page), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Aivazov Said Sabirovich (the "Operator") on the following terms.
- Personal data: name (if given); email address (if given); the topic and text of the message; IP address, browser and device data (user agent), the address of the page the message was sent from.
- Purposes: reviewing and answering the message; contacting me about it; fixing errors and improving the service based on it; protecting the form from abuse.
- Operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation. The message is delivered to the Operator by email.
- Transfer: the Operator does not pass my data to third parties except where required by the law of the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer takes place.
- Term: the consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than one year after the message is sent, or until withdrawn; then the data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
- Withdrawal: the consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to hello@onecatalog.net. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
