For rights holders

OneCatalog is a product-information aggregator catalog hosted at onecatalog.net. The materials in the catalog (photos, descriptions, names, logos, product specifications) are obtained from public sources or posted by the manufacturers, brand representatives and rights holders themselves. These materials are not the property of the Service and belong to their respective rights holders.

1. Status of the Service

The Service acts as an information intermediary within the meaning of Article 1253.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation: it provides the technical means to access and structure product information, but is not the author or original source of these materials.

The Service does not initiate the posting of third-party materials in order to infringe anyone's rights, does not alter the content of protected works, and neither knows nor should know that the use of any particular material is unlawful until it receives a substantiated notice from the rights holder.

2. Sources and rights to content

  • product data is collected from public sources (manufacturers' official sites, public catalogs, publicly available press materials);
  • some materials are posted directly by the manufacturers, brand representatives and rights holders themselves via the Service's tools;
  • rights to photos, descriptions, trademarks, logos and names belong to their lawful rights holders; the Service claims no such rights and does not transfer them to third parties.

As the compiler, the Service owns rights only to the catalog database itself (the selection, structuring and arrangement of materials) and to the site's software elements — but not to the content of the product materials.

3. If you are a rights holder and want content removed

If you believe any material in the catalog infringes your exclusive rights, send a notice to copyright@onecatalog.net.

Under Article 15.7 of Russian Federal Law #149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection", the notice should contain:

  • information about the rights holder or the person acting on their behalf (name, contact details);
  • a description of the material and the exact URLs of the catalog pages where it is posted;
  • a statement that you hold the rights to the work (with supporting documents, if available);
  • a statement that you did not authorize the material to be posted in the catalog;
  • for individuals — consent to the processing of the personal data provided in the notice.

Upon receiving a substantiated notice, the Service will review it within the shortest reasonable time and, once confirmed, remove or block the disputed material. If the information is insufficient, the Service may request clarification, after which the review period restarts. We notify the sender of the measures taken at the same email address.

4. For rights holders outside Russia

Rights holders outside the Russian Federation may send a notice of infringement to the same address copyright@onecatalog.net, providing: contact details, identification of the protected work, the exact URLs of the disputed material, and a statement that the use of the material was not authorized by the rights holder. The Service will handle such a notice in a manner similar to that described in section 3.

5. Disclaimer

The catalog materials are provided for information and reference purposes "as is". The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of materials posted by third parties and is not liable for their content, nor for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of information from the catalog.
